Where a third party processes personal data on our behalf, we enter into appropriate data processing arrangements where required. Where a third party independently determines the purposes and means of processing, that party is independently responsible for its processing activities.
6. International transfers of personal data
Some of our service providers or their subcontractors may process personal data from countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure that there is a valid legal basis for the transfer and that appropriate safeguards are in place. These may include an adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission or the use of approved Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Security of your personal data
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, misuse, alteration and unwanted disclosure.
We review and update our security measures where technological developments or changes to our services make this necessary.
9. Your privacy rights
Under applicable data protection legislation, you have several rights. Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to:
- provide access to the personal data we process about you;

- delete your personal data;
- restrict the processing of your personal data;
- object to certain processing activities;
- provide your personal data to you or another organisation in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;

If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@swedendrive.com. We may ask you to provide additional information where reasonably necessary to verify your identity.
We will generally respond to your request within one month. Where a request is complex or we receive a large number of requests, this period may be extended in accordance with applicable law.
10. Complaints
If you have a complaint about how we process your personal data, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. As Sweden Drive is established in the Netherlands, you may contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Where analytical or marketing technologies are used to better understand website usage or interests, this will be done in accordance with applicable privacy and cookie legislation and, where required, only after obtaining your consent.
