Delivery Times
For most products, delivery takes 2-4 business days. All orders are shipped with DHL. On the day your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the shipping information.
In some cases, delivery may take up to 7 business days. This may be due to a quality check before shipment, a high number of orders for a particular product or products being dispatched from different warehouses.
Shipping Costs
Orders of €50 or more are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands. For orders under €50, shipping costs are €8.95 within the Netherlands.
We ship to all countries within the European Union. We do not ship to countries outside the European Union.
For orders outside the Netherlands but within the European Union, shipping costs depend on the destination country. The applicable shipping costs will be shown during the checkout process. Below you will find an overview of the shipping costs per country:

These rates apply to products such as alloy wheels, complete wheels, towbars, protective plates and bicycle carriers for 3 bicycles.

Pickup at a DHL Pickup Point
You can also have your order delivered to a DHL pickup point. Select the "Pickup" option in your shopping cart. You will receive an SMS or email as soon as your package has arrived at the selected pickup point. You have 7 days to collect your package. After that, the package will be returned to us by DHL.
If the package weighs more than 20 kg or is larger than 120 x 60 x 60 cm (L x W x H), the DHL pickup point cannot accept it. In that case, the package will be delivered to the billing address.
